St. John's Rod and Gun Club - Phase 4 - Trap Improvement Project

The St. John's Rod and Gun Club have started work on Phase 4 of their multi-year Trap Improvement Project. The end goal of the ambitous project is to replace and rebuild the club's aging trap range infrastructure. To date the club has:

  • replaced the club's oldest traphouse (2019)
  • replaced another traphouse and poured new concrete walkways on the same field. Landscaping work on trap range. (2020)
  • the concrete walkways replaced on 2 trapfields (2021)

This year's work will include replacing the concrete walkways on the club's oldest trap field. The same field that got  a new traphouse in 2019. Phase 4 work progess to date (May 27, 2022).

The next steps will include laying a bed of 3/4" wash stone, building the walkway forms, pouring concrete and landscape work. Check back for updates.
